Is that you? Then you might be just the person for this role. Role Description The Account Manager is responsible for hitting a sales target for our customer experience and employee engagement tools. While there will be some inbound enquiries to work with, we expect the successful candidate to be a self-starter capable of building and continuously adding to their own pipeline. The Account Manager oversees their opportunities through the sales cycle from initial enquiry to closure and ongoing contact to ensure customers satisfaction. This role is ideal for a hardworking, reliable and well-organised candidate with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. Skills - Ability to build an outbound pipeline. - Self-motivated but also able to work within a team. - Personable and well-presented over the phone and via email. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent Swedish and English. Additional languages are not required but would be a bonus. - Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Experience - Working in a small organisation. - Working in an office environment. - Experience of using a CRM to systematically manage and report on a sales pipeline. - Experience of B2B technology sales to a wide range of verticals. - Experience of delivering web demonstrations.
